All e-cookbook recipes are made with natural, unprocessed ingredients and are made in my very own kitchen. Each book has over 25 recipes that all include a picture. Every single recipe in each e-cookbook contains Jazzy Tips: suggestions of additional flavors, baking tips, substitution ideas, etc. The recipes are all very SIMPLE – there aren’t complex ingredients or confusing directions. In addition to simplicity – they’re delicious!

I went to make one recipe from Jazzy’s recipe book and before I knew it, 4 hours has passed and I had made 6 things. My family was hesitant to try some of the recipes I had made, but now they beg me to make the protein cinnamon rolls and cookie dough.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact most of ur recipes either include things most healthy/clean eaters already have in their cupboards or that it used minimal ingredients!!! That my favorite part – it shows for somebody like me who hates cooking that eating clean doesn’t have to be boring, tasteless or require a lot of effort!!! My favorite is protein brownie & pb banana muffin – I have these fitting into my macros daily!!! I alternate ingredients or methods suggests!!! Its frigging brilliant!!! If one day I come to America I’m having a foodie day with you, or come here & show everybody clean eating can be tasty & fun!!!

LISTEN UP! If you don’t own on of Jazzy’s ebooks you should probably get on that. I own both of her ebooks and they are literally the shit… Well that’s just an understatement! I have been battling an eating disorder since last May and her recipes helped me overcome my fear of food and have helped me recover and try new things. I LOVE FOOD NOW. They have also made me quite the chef if I don’t say so myself. I love experimenting in the kitchen now! When I say I have made every single recipe I’m not lying! If you love her Instagram ones you will LOVE these even more! They’re simple, healthy, delicious and did I mention AMAZING!! Not only that they come with Jazzy tips and they are easily adaptable to fit your needs too (doesn’t even need it) but if you do need it you can. They are also very solid bases so you can get your creative pants on and who knows you may just surprise yourself like I have ☺ I mean do you see the pictures!?
Just made the Pecan Coconut Vanilla Cookies, so delicious! Freeze them for an house and then put them on the toaster for 2 minutes and come out crunchy, toaty, and amazing!!! Thanks for the recipes, will keep trying more!
